We all know that eating healthy can improve our overall well-being resulting in a natural radiance that our skin will reflect.  But did you ever consider taking it a step further?  Adding foods like fruits, vegetables, berries, oils and soy to your skin care regimen can really boost the effects of your skin care products.  It’s really just as simple as mixing them up and applying them to your face.  Here are a few ‘recipes’ to try on your face:

1 mashed banana + 1 scoop Terra Firma Cosmetics Chocolate Mask

2 mashed strawberries + 2 tbsp soy milk + 1 scoop of Terra Firma Cosmetics Mineral Mud Mask

1 tbsp organic plain yogurt + 10 mashed blueberries + 1 scoop Terra Firma Cosmetics Fruit Enzyme Mask

Here are some foods that deliver amazing results when they come into contact with your skin and can be added and/or substituted in any of the above recipes:

little tip idea …

I love to juice with my juicer at home.  I am always trying to mix together as many different types of healthy fruits and veggies as I can.  One day after juicing I looked at my pulp catcher container and felt so guilty about throwing it away.  It seemed like such a waste.  That is when I got the bright idea to put it on my face.  And I loved the results.  So now after I juice I plop a glob of the pulp on my face, sip my yummy healthy juice and enjoy a facial.
