To Apply Dry
Simply dip your liner brush into your pot of mineral color, tap off the excess and brush directly onto brow line. We recommend dry application if you have brows but need to fill them in or accentuate them.

To Apply Wet
Simply dip your liner brush into water, dip directly into your pot of mineral color and mix to the consistency of a cream onto the back of your hand. Glide on to brow line.
