4. Place Your Customer's Order

5. We Handle Fulfillment

Brand Representation

Partners may use approved Terra Firma Cosmetics product photographs, descriptions, and marketing materials. Product names, ingredient information, and brand claims must remain accurate.

Advertising & Promotions

Partners must follow the Terra Firma Cosmetics advertised pricing policy. Paid advertising and promotional discounts featuring our brand require prior written approval.

Customer Service

Partners are responsible for assisting their customers with order questions, returns, and refunds. Terra Firma Cosmetics will assist with verified product defects and fulfillment errors according to program policies.
