Terra Firma Cosmetics Dropshipping Partner Agreement

This agreement is between Terra Firma Cosmetics (“TFC”) and the approved Dropshipping Partner (“Partner”).

The purpose of the program is to allow approved businesses to offer Terra Firma Cosmetics products through their approved online sales channels without purchasing or maintaining inventory.

Partner Program

  • Partners receive 25% off TFC retail pricing for approved dropshipping orders.

  • There are no membership fees and no minimum order requirements.

  • The program is for dropshipping only and is not a wholesale account.

  • Each approved Partner receives a private partner discount code. The code is for the Partner's business use only and may not be shared with customers or other businesses.

Ordering & Payment

  • The Partner collects payment from their customer.

  • The Partner then places the customer's order through TFCBEAUTY.COM using their private partner code.

  • The Partner pays TFC when the order is placed.

  • The Partner is responsible for entering the customer's correct shipping information.

Order Fulfillment

  • Terra Firma Cosmetics prepares and ships the order directly to the Partner's customer.

  • Products are shipped in plain outer shipping packaging while the products themselves retain Terra Firma Cosmetics branding.

  • TFC products are handcrafted, and normal order processing is approximately 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit time.

Where Products May Be Sold

  • Partners may sell TFC products through the website or online business approved with their application.

  • Additional websites or sales channels should be approved by TFC before TFC products are offered there.

  • Marketplace listings and paid advertising involving TFC products require prior approval from Terra Firma Cosmetics.

  • The current Dropshipping Partner Program is available for customer deliveries within the United States and Canada.

Terra Firma Cosmetics Brand & Product Information

  • Partners must represent Terra Firma Cosmetics products accurately.

  • TFC product names, descriptions, images, ingredients and approved product information should not be altered in a way that misrepresents the products.

  • Partners may not make medical, drug, disease-treatment, or other claims that have not been authorized by TFC.

  • TFC branding, photography, product information and other materials remain the property of Terra Firma Cosmetics.

Customer Service

  • The Partner is responsible for communication and customer service with their customer.

  • Questions involving TFC fulfillment, damaged shipments, incorrect products or other order issues may be brought to Terra Firma Cosmetics for assistance.

Program Changes or Termination

  • Terra Firma Cosmetics may update the Dropshipping Partner Program, product availability, partner discount, fulfillment procedures, or program terms when reasonably necessary.

  • Either TFC or the Partner may end the partnership.

  • TFC may suspend or terminate Partner privileges for misuse of the private discount code, misrepresentation of TFC products or brand, unauthorized sales activity, or material violation of this agreement.

Partner Acceptance

By accepting this agreement, the Partner confirms that they have read, understand and agree to follow the Terra Firma Cosmetics Dropshipping Partner Program terms.
